With Purpose Boutique will offer returns within 30 days for STORE CREDIT ONLY

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer except in the case of damage upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be New, have Original Tags, Be Unworn, Smoke Free, and have original receipts. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages will receive full refunds. We allowed 48 hours after your package arrives for you to report any issues. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

ALL CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL: NO EXCEPTIONS

Store Credit/Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return for credit was approved or not. If approved, With Purpose credit will be applied in the form of a gift card, in the case of a refund, due to damages, you will be refunded on your original payment method Only. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

After Pay Store Credit Policy

Any items returned using Shop pay will incur a 10% restocking fee due to merchant fees and processing.

   GIFT CARDS:

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged, absolutely no cashback given, All sales are final, in the event of permanent store closing gift cards will be considered null and void, no returns or refunds.
